Out of Business

The process of closing down the state registration for a nonprofit organization can be very time consuming as well as demoralizing, and those involved will have questions about the process. Unfortunately, the Center does not provide direct technical assistance involving Out of Business.

However, the Center’s Learning and Leadership Institute offers over 100 forms of courses, series and capacity building programs each year in order to help prevent such closures. In addition, Center members receive discounted registration for all courses. Center members also have log-in access to our online Nonprofit Management Resource Center, which hosts free service guides and nonprofit templates to assist with their internal structure.

In addition to Professional Development, the Center also partners with local businesses and consultants that provide additional services to the nonprofit community.
